About Whodunnit Walks

Who is Whodunnit?
The Carter family from Petersfield are behind the Whodunnit Walks. Inspired while on a countryside walk. We’ve come up with these walks to help bored kids try to enjoy a walk with their folks. Although to be honest we’re not sure who has more fun the adults or the kids. Either way, we are proud of these Whodunnit mystery walks and hope you enjoy them – whether alone, with your children or grand children.

Making these walks has been super fun – we’ve enjoyed making them as much as doing them ourselves.

What payment methods do you accept?
We take payments through Stripe – VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT are accepted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use the latest security to protect your payment.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. As we provide PDF’s only, there is nothing to physically send out to you, so no shipping costs apply.

Walk FAQS

How to log into my account?
Nope our Whodunnit walks are based entirely outdoors and on public property, so you won’t need to enter any buildings or private property to solve clues.
What time can I start my walk
You can start your walk whenever you like, as they are completely self-guided. Everything you need to complete your case is in the downloaded Whodunnit PDF, including directions and clues to guide you along the route.
Do I have a guide? Will anyone meet me?
No. We provide the walk but there won’t be anyone to meet you. All you need to do is check the start location in your Whodunnit PDF, and follow the directions from there.
Do I need to book?
You don’t need to book a specific time or day, as our walks are completely self-guided, so you can complete them whenever you like!

All you need to do is find a walk in your location, then download a Whodunnit PDF – you can choose to use the Whodunnit PDF on a phone or tablet, or print the Whodunnit PDF at home). In the Whodunnit PDF you’ll find clues and directions to get you started and lead you around your chosen area.

Can I have a Walk posted to me?
Not at the moment. Our walks are available only as downloadable PDFs. You can print the walk yourself at home, or use it on any digital device.
I don't have access to a printer. Can I do the walk on just my phone?
Yes, the Whodunnit PDFs can be viewed on a phone with some zooming and scrolling. Just don’t forget to take a notepad and pen to record your answers, or draw / type answers directly onto your PDF if your phone allows.
Download Whodunnit PDFs advice
When you order a walk, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away with your download link as soon as it’s ready. Alternatively, you can find your download link in your account area on the website. Just login and take a look in the Order History section to access it.

If you haven’t received either your confirmation email or your second email containing your download link, firstly try checking your junk folder. If it’s a weekday or you don’t need your link urgently, simply drop us an email to hi@whodunnitwalks.com and one of our team will be able to regenerate your link and send it over to you.

If it’s the weekend, you will need to purchase your PDF again, then get in touch with us using the same methods as above, and we will refund your duplicate order.

How long does the PDF last
Our PDF’s are valid for 28 days. After that you’ll need to download a fresh version of the walk. If you need more time to complete your walk you can get in touch with us to request an extension.
